Assignment descriiption : The capstone project is a large scale project where students choose a topic that relates to nursing, where they are working, or where they would like to work. The results of the project will be presented in the last semester of the BSN program in the last capstone course.
Please use the templates I have attached. The sources need to be current within the last 5 years. The final template must be used and followed. Below are the notes from the professors : BSN 355 is where you will choose a project topic and write a proposal. There are several components used in the course that you will be expected to fill out and combine as part of your capstone. Remember this is just the start of your project. You will need to work on your capstone project in the second and third semester in order to be successful.
Directions:
Using the information already compiled in previous assignments, create a proposal of at least 8 pages (not including the Title page and Reference page) which includes:
A Title Page including a title for your project
A Literature Review supporting the need for the project
At least 5 or more peer reviewed articles supporting the proposal
Objectives and strategies for achievement of the Capstone project
Background for the proposal including supportive resources indicated throughout the course e.g. budgeting, outcomes, evaluations.

Misstated purpose statement. HINT: The purpose of this paper is to present a review of findings of the literature review completed on your topic.
Methods of Searching-Defined how sources were obtained, including databases and keywords used; also searched for current sources (< 5 years old). Project Proposal Topic-Did not discuss project topic in detail. Review of the Literature-Information is either incomplete or vague and does not give the reader a sense that the learner understood the content of the literature review. What were your main takeaways (as a healthcare professional) after reading each article as they relate to your project/intervention? Findings-Presented a synopsis of your literature review, including key points, gaps in the literature, and/or findings that support your topic. Conclusion-provided a summary with key points Project Proposal Topic-This section should be one fully-formed paragraph; five sentences in length Review of the Literature-This section should be five fully formed paragraphs with citations. Findings-This section should be two fully formed paragraphs with citations. Conclusion-This section should be one fully formed paragraph with citations. Write in third person in APA Check grammar and punctuation References-spacing issue References are not correctly formatted per APA-7 guidelines. Please review your APA-7 manual for reference formatting. References should be double-spaced throughout. Please be aware that your AI score was 88%, which means you may have used AI to assist with writing your paper. Please note Nightingale considers using AI to write your papers is in violation of the learner code of conduct and must not continue. I will be happy to meet with you if you like so we can talk about why the score may be so high. In the meantime, please do not use AI generators to write your papers (if you have previously). Further instances may result in reporting of the as a potential conduct violation. Objectives paper feedback : Title page-incorrect instructor credentials; check spacing The title page is sideways Incorrect credentials Missing page number Introduction-Misstated purpose statement. HINT: The purpose of this paper is to introduce the objectives, strategies and background of the paper. Clearly stated PICOT question. Objectives: There is no need to justify your objectives by saying how they are specific, measurable, etc. An objective is 1 statement that is specific, measurable, attainable, relevant and time limited, and the reader will be able to see this if they are written correctly. Clearly identify your objectives and please continue to work on your objectives, as they are not properly written. The objectives are something you set for your target population that you want them to achieve. A SMART objective is essentially a goal that is very specific; it is something you hope to achieve that is relevant to the overarching goal of your project. Ex. objective: All learners at Nightingale College will purchase one uniform for clinical rotation by July 7, 2024. Strategies: incomplete; two strategies are required for each objective. Remember: Strategies are the methods you will use to reach the objectives you have set for your population; think of them as your interventions. A strategy should be specific to the objective. For example, for this objective “All learners at Nightingale College will purchase one uniform for clinical rotation by July 7, 2022”, the strategy may be: A uniform stipend will be provided for each learner in order to make uniform purchase affordable. The strategy is something you will implement that helps your population achieve the objective. My suggestion is to write each objective in a separate paragraph and write the specific strategies you will implement for each objective. Remember to have at least 2 strategies for each objective. Background-Identified the problem for project Conclusion-provided a summary with key points Start your paper on a new page (page 2) Remove italics. Keep all font the same Write in third person in APA writing Remove "I", "we", "you" Check grammar and punctuation Spacing issues; remove extra spaces There is no need to use so many direct quotes; in fact, it is better if you use paraphrasing to tell your story - that way we know you understand what you read and aren't just repeating what the original author said. Spell out all words. Instead of "dont'", write "do not" References: Make sure there is only double-spacing throughout the reference list (no extra spacing between lines). Budget template feedback: Great start on your budget!! Please note as your project evolves, your budget may need to be adjusted. When describing your budget in the Hallmark (final) paper, make sure to include all necessary materials/components, the associated costs, the reason you need those items, and the proposed sources and write it in paragraph form (no templates or charts). Also, please make sure to include the total projected budget cost in your Hallmark too! Work plan template feedback : Good start on your work plan! Please do not forget to include all phases including planning, implementation, evaluation, and reporting in this template. This template should include every phase of your project. Think about the components of your project and consider developing your plan based on a timeline. Make sure to include every phase. Capstone outcome not yet looked at , please revise as necessary. Please contact if there are any questions! This should ensure there is no plagiarism and or AI score.
