Use SWOT, Porters Five Forces, Value Chain Analysis to review AP’s position in the marketplace (use any of the listed approaches)
Evaluate strength and weaknesses of current business strategies
Develop a comparative analysis of competitive market
What appear to be the core values of AP (Social, cultural, environmental, ethical and business)?
What strategic options will you suggest based on your assessment of the organization?
