This final activity asks that you reflect on your work for the semester and create a portfolio of the writings you are most proud of. The portfolio can be a Word doc. or a slideshow. I want you to tell me which of the assignments and readings you got the most out of. The portfolio will also include a reflection of your work. In your portfolio, you should include sections of your writing that you enjoyed over the last 12 weeks. For example, if you liked any areas of your discussion posts, include samples (not the entire post). If you liked any of your papers, include parts (not the entire paper.)
Write a brief explanation of why you chose certain writings to include in your portfolio. This compilation of material represents your experiences as a reader and a literary critic. Whether you continue to read fiction or any other type of genre, I hope you will always remember how important stories are to our lives. Thank you for participating in the class, and I look forward to seeing how you portray your work. 🙂
